At Neal's Yard Remedies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organic beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return any unopened items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Care team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your digital return label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the glass bottles are well-protected, and include your completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Eco-Factory

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or local post office, keeping your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your returned items at our Dorset factory, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
